Required Qualifications
:

·       Master’s degree in a behavioral health field from an accredited institution.

·       Iowa licensure in good standing (or license eligible) LMHC, t-LMHC, LISW, LMSW, LMFT, or t-LMFT.

·       We are looking for someone who is motivated, professional, dependable, competent, autonomous, ethical,     efficient, composed, personable, cheerful, and familiar with electronic health records.

About Us: Community Health Centers of Southern Iowa (CHCSI) is a Federally Qualified Health Center. Our growing interdisciplinary team of behavioral health providers consists of nearly 30 substance abuse counselors, therapists, social workers, psychologists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and psychiatrists.

CHCSI manages eleven locations across south-central Iowa and north-central Missouri, including three primary care sites, eight sites providing behavioral health and substance abuse services, and one site providing student health services. Recently added services include dental in 2011, vision in 2016, mammography in 2016, and pharmacy in 2017. We are adding an Access Center crisis intervention facility in Osceola in late 2019.

: Full-Time Technology Specialist (Based out of Leon)

Job Description
: We are a growing health care company seeking to fill an IT Specialist position. You will be responsible for assisting in installation/upgrades of hardware, software and networks and assisting with ongoing maintenance as well as responding to help desk requests and promoting security best practices to team members.

R
esponsibilities:
· Installing new hardware and software components
· Assisting with systems and network administration task
· Resolving all issues coworkers have with their IT systems
· Initiating and documenting tasks using our help desk workflow
· Educating team members on network security and best practices
· Assisting with installation and support of our VOIP technology
· Assisting with supporting day-to-day operations of our computer networks

Experience
Minimum 1-2 years in IT Systems/Networks related position and/or Help Desk experience

Qualifications

· Associate degree in an IT field

Full Time Direct Care Staff (Access Center in Osceola)

Summary:
All Direct Care Staff offer intensive, recovery oriented services designed to stabilize an individual experiencing a decreased level of functioning due to a mental health condition, whose immediate treatment needs require a structured 24 hour residential setting. Direct Care Staff work closely with individuals and groups within the Access Center. Direct Care staff may also be responsible for providing mobile crisis response.

Experience:
3 years in mental health field preferred.

Education: Highschool Diploma or GED, Bachelors in Human Service field preferred.

Summary: A Security Officer is the protector of the center, its staff, patients, families, and facilities. Security Officers provide a safe environment for the intensive, recovery oriented services designed to stabilize an individual experiencing a decreased level of functioning due to a mental health condition, whose immediate treatment needs require a structured 24 hour residential setting.

Experience: Law Enforcement officer with a minimum of 2 years in law enforcement field preferred.

Position : Full Time Registered Nurse (Access Center in Osceola)

Summary: The purpose of this position is to provide general nursing care and leadership, working collaboratively with physicians, psychiatric providers, and multidisciplinary team members. The RN will promote and attempt to restore resident’s health and mental health as they prescribe, provide, delegate, evaluate and coordinate compre-hensive professional nursing care through the use of the nursing process for adult residents of all genders, cultures, and backgrounds; provide physical and psychosocial support to residents, friends, and families.

Experience: One year of experience in behavioral or mental health services.

Education: Current RN License recognized by the State of Iowa Board of Nursing.
